I been learning this subject a little bit, I taking a class, I just want to know what groups are out there looking for new members

Well to be honest i have never been on a ghost hunt before, but i want to start a group. The best way to start is to get a video camera w/night-vision and a tape recorder. Do not use edit technology which means no computers involved. just a video camera and tape recorder. Go to a place that is supposibly haunted, make sure you have atleast more then 5 people on your team. Oh and no flash lighs or lights of any kind, it will only scare off the ghost or make it very hard to see on camera. Carry night vision goggoles. You should be all set, any more guestion relpy back.

Well, depends on if you want to actually try to use science to find evidence of the paranormal or if you just want to pretend that every noise in the night is a ghost.
Many paranormal investigators do that. They get sensitive equipment and watch for it to act weird and then declare that a ghost must have done it. They offer no proof that a ghost did it. That would spoil the fun.
Some investigators prey upon a human condition of wanting to be more than ordinary. A person owns a house. They hear noises at night. Hire a paranormal investigator. That person shows up and does some checking and declares that this is the most haunted house they have ever seen. The house owner pays the nice investigators and lives life thinking that they are special because they live in a haunted house. The investigators go on and find a new mark.

1st u must believe of their existence.In certain culture they do believe of paranormal activities, its up to a person weather to believe it or not. Try to look for paranormal activities in some freaky places as usual,where u may hear some dark history from locals. Most of the stories that I've been heard,"they" wont appear when u are looking for them.."they" will give you a suprise visit.

All you have to do is make stuff up and sound like you know what you are talking about.
Buy a bunch of electronic doo-hickeys that you dont fully understand and use them for everything but their intended purpose to fool people into believing you know what you are doing.
"Look at that electro-meter shoot up!"
Must be a ghost.
