The system is designed to work under pressure, which raises the boiling point of water. Replace the upper hose with a new one, get new clamps to fit also. Don't follow the advice to just tighten the clamps, or cut off a little hose and put it back on. Check the lower hose also, and replace it at the same time if you have any concerns about its condition.

If you're not experiencing any over heating problems then more than likely the hose was not properly secured. I always use
"Indian Head Cement" when installing any heater or radiator hoses on an engine. They DO NOT come loose!
If you are experiencing over heating then you may be getting compression in the radiator.

Bad Thermostat, not opening builds to much pressure, blows off loose or worn upper hose

Too much pressure in the radiator.
Pressure cap not relieving pressure.
Spring ring clamp fatigued.
Gear type clamp not tight enough.
Use your own judgment how to fix it.

probably became worn there where it connects to the radiator; you can cut a little peice of it off and tighten it down real good.

maybe it not connect right way. or the hose clip not good enough
