Are you on the right website. www.lloydstsb.com or www.lloydstsb-offshore.com depending on you account. If you are on the right web site click login top 1/3 of right hand page. Then select the type of account you have from a least. Best options turn one of your lloyds bank card over there is a customer service number you can call. If the tellephone number is one of these premium numbers where you pay through the nose in call charges go to www.saynoto0870.com type the 087 number on the space for the tellephone number or type lloyds bank in the space of the company name you will get all the contact numbers for lloyds bank cheap landline and free 0800 numbers call them and they will tell you what to do. Remember you have to be registered with internet banking before you can use the facilty. Also you can check one of your statements you will find the phone number and website address on the top right hand corner of your statement. its very difficult for a non British national to get an account with Lloyd's TSB. I presume you are not a British citizen. Try natwest or HSBC
