Working out while pregnant is very healthy. I worked out until I was 7 months, then I just got lazy.
The added benefit to working out is that you'll be stronger for labor and probably have a quicker delivery. Keep it up!

If you did it before you were pregnant, you can do it while you're pregnant.
I walked 2-3 miles a day until I was 6 months, and then walking started giving me a lot of braxon hicks. So i had to back it down to 1.5 miles every day.
Anything you did before you can do while pregnant. You NEVER want to increase the pressure, or start a new routine while pregnant. That puts stress on your body and the baby.
DRINK WATER WHILE WALKING.

Walking is always safe and recommended! It's other, more vigorus routines that sometimes need to be stopped or at least altered. You should ease back into though to keep from straining your body. Maybe start with 1 mile for a week or so, then 2 and so on. Good Luck!!

Yes, exercise is good during pregnancy. Walking is one of the best exercises you can do. Just start slow and don't overdo it. It's recommended that you do talk to your doctor before starting any exercise routine, but walking is fine. Just be careful on the treadmill. Best wishes for a healthy pregnancy and baby.

Working out while pregnant is good but only to a certain extent. If you work out too much it could hurt the baby. You should talk to the doctor about what kind of work outs would be okay.

You can work out while pregnant. In fact, it's encouraged. You can try Yoga or even walking on the treadmill. You just don't want to lift weights or work your abs.

it is okay to do whatever it was you were doing before the baby was born, since you stopped walking a while you need to ease back into it slowly. always listen to what your body is telling you, if you feel tired or winded stop and take a break. the best thing to do is talk to your doctor and let her know and she should be able to help you get back into your workout routine.

as long as you don't try to do 3 miles on that first week or so. start out small again, but excercising during pregnancy is great! don't do any heavy lifting or anything but walking and yoga/pilates is a great thing for pregnant women..

of course it's okay to exercise and is, in fact, recommended. it'll keep you and the baby healthy, help with your weight, and will also make the labor quicker and easier. naturally, you should check with your doctor for guidelines like how strenuous, etc.
