Its only classed as a public place if you have strangers who go in your bathroom for whatever reason, on a regular basis, for the usual person/family, this is not the case, so it is perfectly okay to have a bath in your bathroom in your home naked, if you were to bathe naked in a public water fountain that would be a different matter and the police would most likely arrest you on indecency grounds, but I've got a wee feeling this question wasn't to be taken seriously in the first place.....right?

Yes this is correct- if you take (steal) a bath you'll get arrested for theft, but if you take that bath when your naked then that isn't just theft but also indecency in a public place!

They might get you cornered in Bath- but i just can't get it out of my cistern. I see a bath and i have to take it- public baths are my favourite- one look and I'm foaming at the mouth- i'm not trying to plug myself, by the way- just coming clean- that's the naked truth.

Never go out with nothing on, you will catch cold. When you go out to steal , you must always wear your striped sweater, black trousers and cap and your face mask. That way every one knows you are a burglar.

I have never been caught , and that is ALL that I will admit to. A word of advice: dont drop the soap if you are ever caught!
