The right word is 'GAY' not 'Queers', try again.
And yes, they do old hands, and are not ashamed of anything. Aren't you ashamed of being a silly little boy?

They're used to homophobes bashing their brains in with a baseball bat and getting away with it.
Trust me, every high school has gay teens aching inside when they see straight kids all but nailing each other in the hallway while they can't even flirt with their bf without having the crap beat out of them after school (or in school).
By the way, this is the only country where even friends (not gay) of the same sex can't hold hands without being harassed because our culture is so homophobic.
And if you're really interested in what being gay is all about, young Muslim, don't call them queers, please.

I know for me it's because of people like you. Would you want to spend your life being judged by close minded bigots such as yourself? Or afraid of violence (like the other moron who posted and answer explaining what he would do if he encountered two gay people).
Also, just so you know, Queer is NOT short for Gay. It means odd, or strange. And to most of us, you're pretty odd, so would you be offended if we just called you queer?
Have a good day!

Me and my ex-bf used to hold hands in public. Occasionally kissing.
Of course, we also have many years of martial arts training so can handle any idiot that wants to try something. You know the type, the ones that use terms like "queer".

Its not that we are ashamed, why would we......have you ever thought just because we're gay that doesn't mean we have to tell the whole world or scream it out, Hey over here we're gay...could it be that we maybe want to show some respect in public just in case there are little kids or older people around.....give a bit of thought....

because idiots like you call them queers, homo's and other degrading **** which is totally unnecessary and prolongs society's ignorance to the right of having the freedom to love who you want of consenting age

Some do some don't. Some don't because of homophobic reactions from others, some don't simply because they don't think that type display of affection is appropriate, some just don't think to do it. The reasons vary as much as people themselves vary.
