I do think it's real, I had a few moments where I realized I was there at that time and place before. It's weird.

I have experienced them, I didn't know that it was a sight into what was to happen at the time. I started keeping a dream journal. Not all dreams are a vision of the future.

There was one dream that was so real I felt the emotions of everything. There was no conversations with the people.
I was at a Hobby Lobby and I was holding someones baby. There was a lady there being mean to this little boy. I felt such anger towards her. I wanted to defend him in my dream.
When I woke I told my husband of my dream. A month or so went by and I went with my new friend and her step Mother to pick out wedding flowers for her wedding. I felt that I had done this before and it was the stepmother that was the mean person to the boy. I could not explain it but said deja vu and my new friend knew what I was talking about. She latter had one of a conversation we had together.
Just goes to show it is a small world and we are all connected.

i have had Deja Vu before. It was more like I had a dream about it then later on I actually lived and remembered the dream. I would wake up after that dream and ask myself why was I at that place. Then when i actually get there I know why.

Hey I've seen this question before, and I think I answered it the same way.
I don't know if there have been any definitive studies done to demonstrate the veracity of de ja vu. It is a popular idea and therefore most responses will be anecdotal as will be mine.
I certainly have had the experience of feeling like I've done this already.... but I cannot explain it as anything other than a response to the familiarity of the situation and perhaps my mind has confused the situations making me think I am going through the exact same thing.

I do experience deja vu quite often. The only problem is, that you don't realize it until just after the experience happens "the second time" and you realize that you had been in that situation before.

Deja vu is a phenomenon that occurs when the brain has a "glitch". It really has not happened but only appears to have in your mind. I had complex partial seizures for years and experienced this feeling. Believe me it is not a comfortable feeling.

deja vu is a state where the mind is triggered by something you have done and remember having done in a dream or past life, it happens all the time. you just have to wait for it, you can't just make it happen. sometimes it is a premonition sometimes just an exact replica of an incident in a dream or past life.

All thoughts get "programmed" into your subconscious mind, no matter how small. Things that your "thinking" side of the brain sees and doesn't "pay attention" to at the time, go directly into the subconscious until further notice. Like when you come upon something or someone, or a place, that you "think" you've been to before, that's when the subconscious tells you...."remember"? It's hard to explain...read up on the subconscious side of the brain, you'll be amazed.

Take a vuja de pill so that you reset to "I ain't ever seen any of this before". Once it wears off you should be catapulted into a deja vu type state. If one pill doesn't work take two, if that doesn't work take three and so on. Be careful though, you could end up thinking you have seen everything before. Thats like being old. When you are old you have seen it all if you have kept your eyes open. It isn't necessarily something you like to do but instead that you must do if you are taking your responsibility seriously.

YES IT DOES!!

I've experienced it quite a few times myself.
However you can't anticipate when it will happen.

I did a little checking on the subject, however no one can really tell you why it happens. Apparently there's a lot more to the human brain, its functions and capabilities, than modern science can explain.
