Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (erau.edu) has study centers world-wide, and offers degrees in absolutely every subject having to do with aviation. Degrees are from bachelors through PhD. It is considered to be the Harvard of flight schools.
The original campus is in Daytona Beach, Florida, with another in Prescott, Arizona.
