Are your hands too big to go inside?
Try filling up a sink with CLEAN hot water (as hot as your hand can stand)
Then put the glove in the water and cram your hand inside, and once inside wiggle your fingers around, and open and close your hand a few times, and do a few other hand movements to really work your hand into the glove. Once you're done, let them hang dry

You might be able to stretch them out a little bit, but if you stretch them too much all you're going to do is weaken the seams and you'll eventually wind up with holes! Just go buy the next size up!
