Definitely a lot of places that are isolated. Assuming you mean where people actually live... aside from Antarctica the list is huge with many places in Mongolia, significant portions of Africa, and the arctic circle. Check out this Website for Cape Krusenstern in Alaska...

FYI, Easter Island has a polulation of about 4,000. Its about the same for St Helena Is. Add Death Valley to the list.
