I don't know what Mattress Mambo is... sounds like dancing in bed or something.. :)
Anyway, in Cuba mambo is one of the popular folklore dances and since me and my family are from Cuba I got to learn a lot of Cuban dances, like Salsa, Cha-cha-cha, Son and of course Mambo.
It's really fun to dance it and a great exercise too!
