Black Kohl eyeliner is always good, it stands out more than liquid, maybe use some volume boosting mascara for breath-taking lashes, also i have green eyes and i found the colours that make my eyes stand out more are Red, Pink, Dark Green, Bright Blue and Black, not all together though lol, but i do use about 6 different shades to get them looking good lol
Also maybe some eyedrops to enhance the white of your eye which contrasts with the iris.
The best thing to do is experiment on with different colours and see which best suits your skin tone and a eye colour together then maybe step the colour up a notch so it's brighter making great eyes and a great contrast

black eyeliner will make them stand out more, try applying it to both top of the lid and under the eye giving a "framed" look. Also with green eyes u could use green eyeshadow, depending on what kinda look ur going for. the smoky look would look amazing with green eyes, so try white on the inner and black/grey on the outter sides. if u want casual, id use a cream or green eyeshadow, thou yellow would also look wicked against the black eyeliner.

Dark brown eyeliner and mascara will bring out your eyes and make them look very striking. Also try a shimmery bronze eyeshadow in the crease and a champagne color to highlight your browbone.

Almay has a great new product especially formulated to make your own eye color pop. They have an eyeshadow trio compact for green eyes, blue eyes, hazel eyes and brown eyes. If you don't want to try their product which does all the thinking for you, then I will tell you that purple is the color of eyeshadow to wear to make green eyes glow.

Eyeliner in purple shades! I wear Clinique quickliner in Grape. Almay also has a line that matches eyes color with colors that will bring out your eyes. They have a plum eyeliner that really brings out green eyes.

If I wear the grape eyeliner with a green shirt I constantly get comments about how much my eyes stand out.

My eyes are the same way

here's what I do --

use a clear mascara (or one that is close to your natural lash color)

make sure your brows look nice

Wear dark greens or browns

If you need to use a sheer shimmery eyeshadow creme

make sure your hair doesn't cover your eyes.

One thing I found was great was using white eyeliner lightly on the bottom lid. Its instantly makes your eyes look larger then framing them with black eyeliner - for me personally that will make your eyes smaller.

Eyeshadow wise I would go with browns, like autum colours, to compliment your eyes, to enchance already their natural beauty. I would use Black eyeliner, only on your top lid. Go with a smokey look, bet it will make your eyes smoulder! :D

try wearing a shirt or hat that's as close to your eye color as you can get. That way you look natural (without having to add make-up) and your eyes are brought out.

Having green eyes, your eyes will probably be noticed anyways, regardless of whether or not you try to bring them out, simply because they're different.

this may sound strange, but ruby red lipstick looks gorgeous on a green eyed person, try a lipstick with blue undertones, not orange (as that makes your teeth look yellow). the combination of green natural looking eyes and red lips is stunning!

whatever colour you wear on your eyes or clothes will pick up the colours in your eyes and make then stand out. If you wear greens then your eyes will appear more green, wear browns and they will seem more brown etc. Also try gold it's amazing. I have similar coloured eyes like you and its fab.
