Would shiny hair be a symptom of being pregnant?

I've never had shiny hair but its been really noticeable lately. I didnt change shampoo products or anything. WHat do you think?

I took a test TUesday mornign and it came out positive. I was just wondering because i've gotten so much complaments on it. I never did before. My hair is usually dry and dull.

Anything past your shoulders is over a year old, the rest of your hair is also dead and would be a sign of your state of health from months past.

You may be producing more oil from your scalp than usual, which can mimic shiny hair. Increased oil production is often a result of hormonal changes. One reason for hormonal changes is of course, pregnancy.

If your hair has increased oil, you may be a candidate for acne during your pregnancy as well. Changes in hair and skin often occur together.

For some people it is a sign of being pregnant. Have you tried any pregnancy test lately? Do you have any other signs? The shiny hair sign doesn't usually show until about the secod trimester of your pregnancy.
