I believe the most important thing she accomplished was the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which she aided in drafting and promoting in 1948. She also served as Chairman of the UN Human Rights Commission. She was a great lady, and did a lot of great things, but to me setting the bar for human rights was long overdue and her aid made it the success it was, initially at least. We could use her humanity and good sense right now, that's for sure.

None. Eleanor was the President's wife, not the President, so she did not "make" changes. She did, however, have a profound effect on women's rights and on the country's politics.

Chow!!
