Pepper, then scratch them out if it was a big lie, then say "Liar liar pants on fire!" and set fire to their pants.

Pepper sounds like a good idea to me. And never ever believe another word that comes out of their mouth without verifying it's validity on your own.

I prefer the old red hot poker up the jacksie method or even ground glass in the coffee instead of sugar untrustworthy people make my fcuking blood boil

Ahh it sucks, doesn't it? Idk the situation (obviously) but let me just say that if it was a big lie.. and a big betrayal, just end it. Stay away from them. If it's something you can get over, just know not to trust them again. It's awful to be lied to but the fact of the matter is, we live in a ver dishonest world now adays and its hard to find someone trustworthy.

Julie said it all basically. Just stay away from them. If they are someone you have to be around....just ignore them as much as you can and NEVER trust them again. Trust is a precious thing....once it is lost...it is hard to ever find it again. It would have to be earned and that could take years.
