Unless the online seller is a giant like amazon.com, you have good chances of finding their telephone number somewhere in their website. Then you call the number and try to arrange an overseas shipment, assuming that there are no issues with your payment method. But it will depend on where you reside. As long as you live somewhere where UPS or Fedex reaches, depending on which service the seller uses, the seller should be ship goods without difficulties. Obviously there will be more shipping costs involved, but it might be worth it, since most goods, especially electronics like digital cameras and computers are signifficantly cheaper here in the US compared to, say, the Europe. The key is finding a seller that's small enough to actually have people answering their phone and able to have a meaningful and constructive dialogue.
Ebay is another possibility, some sellers (including me when I occasionally sell items) indicate their willingness to ship overseas.

Some sites do offer shipping outside of the US. I know at one time that you could do this on Amazon. Anything that you buy on Ebay you can have shipped anywhere. If a site does not "offer" outside shipping on it, give them a call and they may be able to fill your order and ship it outside of the US over the phone. Or send them an email.
Good luck!

Unfortunately, most online shopping stores only ship to the USA.
Check the shipping or customer service pages of the site you are looking at to see if they will ship elsewhere. Also be prepared to pay high shipping costs as well as duties, taxes, brokerage fees, etc. if they do. ALso note which currency those sites are selling in. Mostly likely US dollars.
If you are Canadian, check airmiles.ca (if you have an account) to see which online shops ship to Canada.

Alot of e-commerce shops do not ship outside of the US. You can try shopping on eBay but be aware alot of sellers also have stopped shipping outside of the US due to customs. Unless the item is shipped via UPS or Fedex International , there is no way for these shops to track the item therefore, they will not ship internationally.

SOME ONLINE STORES DO SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE US....
BUT IF YOU HAVE YOUR EYES SET ON A SPECIAL ITEM...BUT THE WEBSITE DOES NOT SHIP OUTSIDE US....THEN DEPENDS ON YOUR COUNTRY, YOU MIGHT BE ABLE TO FIND BUSINESSES THAT CAN DO THIS KIND OF TRANSACTION FOR YOU FOR A FEE....OR YOU CAN EVEN START THIS KIND OF BUSINESS YOUR SELF....IF YOU HAVE FAMILY OR PERSONS YOU CAN TRUST IN THE USA...HAVE THE WEBSITE SHIP THE ITEMS TO THEM...AND HAVE THEM IN TURN SHIP IT TO YOU
