Why do some people love to hate?

It really comes down to a matter of self and self-respect. there are people out the -too many, I'm sorry to say- who have no self respect at all. These people can't stand themselves to the point where they inflict their misery upon others without thinking. These poor souls, for that is what they are, take pleasure in the misfortunes of others, whether they have inflicted that pain or not. To these people the glass will never be more than half empty, that life has passed them by. Nothing is fair, nor will it ever be fair. If he won a million dollars, he'd gripe about the taxes. So it is far easier for a person who has a 'sour soul' to be perpetually unhappy. These people are the psychic vampires of the world; they'll suck your energy dry just by being near them. It is a shame that they can't see the wonder of the world and all the life around them. Their biggest fear is of being alone because they hate themselves so much they need others to inflict pain upon.
Steer clear or do your best to bring God to them. Whichever, good luck and peace!

I think that some people were raised that way. If you grew up in a negative household or had a mother or father who was hateful, then maybe that is why.

Also, some people are just insecure, and it makes them feel better to judge and hate other people.

I hate to love, 'cause it's so hard to find out the one you love doesn't love you. But I think love's easier than hating. I hate to hate people.

People fear what they do not understand,
and hate what they fear.

So IMO it is only people who do not understand a certain person/topic/item that will hate it, due to the inherent fear that accompany lack of knowledge.

Also people who are insecure about themselves and have low self esteem will always look for something to criticize and hate in others, because they attempt to make themeselves appear better by bringing down others.

Just the same reason as people (the heart) loves to love. SELFISH. JEALOUSY.

No real reason that is what they do. I mean, it is survival of the fittest around here. What part of the food chain are you on?

Haters do what they do. If you weren't SO GOOD at what you do, they wouldn't have a reason to hate. So be happy that you are grand and that there are other facets of life that are grand for HATERS to do their job and HATE!

If it weren't for them we wouldn't be where we are today. I mean, God spoke of it (TRIALS & TRIBULATIONS) that is what hate is. That is what haters put you through, without you being able to PERSERVERE through this...YOU WOULDN"T be the GREAT YOU who you are!

They don't have the capability of loving they just hate and I think that's because when they where kids they didn't get love from anybody so they don't know that feeling.

maybe as children they weren't loved, or they were denied by society/governemnteconomic standing. hating is a method of denial or misdirection so that the person can forget to hate himself.

Because they have very low esteem and hate to make themselves feel better. Shame isn't it? If only they realized that it just makes people dislike them more and then they sink lower and lower. I wish everyone could just get along.

Because it's really themselves who they hate. Therefore, those who love are actually just expressing the love for themselves through loving somebody else. I choose to love, not hate :)
