The whole reason for the operation is so you do not get pregnant. Doctors will not do this for a kid, usually the person has kids already and feel they have had enough kids.
There has been cases I have heard of where a women did get pregnant but this could be just a urban legend.

I know a lady who had two sets of twins so she got her tubs tied. Well, four years later she got pregnant again and guess what, she had twins. What is that, a one in a billion chance though? Sounds like my luck. LOL

yes, it's a slim chance but there is one, same with a vasectomy, nothing works 100% of the time.
