Take a kit bag with you, with all your gym stuff in, then you can just wear what you like. You also get a bonus work out by carrying your stuff there and back.

In whatever u r comfiest in..remember, it really isnt a fashion parade (as much as I tell my flat mate that she really doesnt need to spend 15 mins on her hair style and a face full of perfectly applied make-up)remember, it is only the gym, where u and others get sweaty and a bit un-attractive. Wear loose clothes, like baggy shorts and a t-shirt..To get even further from any form of chav styling, invest in a plain t-shirt and un-branded shorts....now go get sweaty and loose those calories! Hope that helped

Your going to a gym for fecks sake to sweat your boll*cks off, not to a friggin disco. Shorts and old T-shirt is adequate.

Keep it simple. Whatever you do, don't wear a bandana or wife beaters. If your serious about working out then take yourself seriously.

If you're serious about a workout, you shouldn't be so concerned about your clothing other than to have it comfortable and non-binding to allow for freedom of movement.
