where to download driver for realtek adsl modem for USB connectivity?

i have searched the company website for product model realgain 3+EU. the company website is www.rtsindia.com . but the driver is not available there.

Try searching the Microsoft Webiste. Microsoft has all of the signed drivers as Microsoft is the one who signs them. Go to:

http://www.microsoft.com/support

Start your search there. If you just hit a brick wall or don't know what else to do, then e-mail Microsoft and ask them to assist you in this issue. They don't mind at all.

You could also post this question to a Micorsoft Experts NewsGroup. You will need a .Net Passport to access the Microsoft sites, but that is easy to obtain, just click the link on the sign in page and follow the directions, or go into the Control Panel, double click on Users, select your account, and then hit the link for linking your account to a .Net Passport. You can use any e-mail address you wish, but sometimes it is difficult and opening a free hotmail or windows live mail account is required. With the account, you just use the e-mail address as your signin logon and your e-mail account password to access all Microsoft sites and services.
