who decides?
who decides who are the wrong doers?
who decides who are the right doers?
who decides what is right and wrong?
and "deserve" implies outside jugment and imposition.
i really don't agree with the statement.
deserve is a word that doesn't make much sense to me.
there are natural consequenses
(if you jump off a cliff you may get hurt of die)
but i wouldn't say the person who jumps "deserves" to die.
only that their action creates that result.
deserve implies that we might adjust our actions based on what we will get from others.
internal motivation will be more successful, permanent, dependable.
