On eBay whats the difference in an "US iTunes Store account" and a iTunes gift card? Are they the same thing??

Don't want to buy one till I am sure I will get the full amount of the US iTunes Store account and that it works in the same way a giftcard does, Thanks in advance!!

The US Itunes Account requires a credit card for purchases.

If you choose to go with a gift card, go into the itunes store, click on redeem gift card. Enter in the information on the back of the card, and then it will ask you to make an account without having to have credit card information.

Once you're done making the account, that account will be credited with the amount that is on the gift card.
