I am currently 18 days late...i have noticed that my nipples have turned darker and the skin around them has bumps on it. I have taken 4 home tests and they were all negative. I don't have any other symptoms of pregnancy but I was wondering if anyone has had this happen or knows what i should do besides get a blood test?

Some women's urine never gets the HCG horomone in it--that home tests account for. I would make an appointment with an OBGYN for a blood test and a physical.

Skin pigmentation and the white spots are caused by hormones which are generally linked to pregnancy. Not always though.
You're only real option is to either wait another week and test again, or go see a doctor.
In your case, I would act like you're pregnant, that way the baby has a healthy environment in case you are.

you could be going through a change but if your cycle never been late go to the doctor

your cycle is probably changing - its normal don't freak out everything will be fine.
