yoga, meditaition, stretching, breathing.
somehow becoming aware of your body in the moment.
i know you don't have time but do it when you can't
do any work like in the car or on the bus or when you
are lying down to sleep or waiting for the computer to upload or update.

since i was up extra early this morning i am reminded of what gets me off to a good start each day. the need to eliminate usually wakes me and that means just a quick tinkle for the moment. then i make some coffee and sit and sort of mediate as i read the news on the web. after two cups i am ready for no. 2. that determines whether the rest of the day will be a winner or not. i study buddhism a lot so i light my little candle in the darkened bathroom, give my chinese brass bell a couple of rings then take my seat calm and gentle. then kersplash it begins and doesn't stop until she is all empty. then go to sewing class or whatever. it will be a delight. now stress only a serene and pleasant day in which you get much accomplished. i am saying, do what i do and things will turn out wonderful.

Sounds like you feel you're being pulled in many directions at the same time. First, take a deep breath.
Take a couple minutes of quiet time with a note pad. First, prioritize everything... Yes, people MAY want to read your story online, but what is the impact if that gets shoved back a bit while things that appear more pressing (to me) get looked at first?) You should have a rough idea how much time each activity will take to complete along with their associated deadlines. Work out a schedule and set aside times appropriate to complete everything.

I take it your not an adult so sex is likely out of the question. I would say sing. Singing songs as loud as you can does it for me. The hard the rock the more stress flows out of your body or if your not a good singer just run. Start runing as far as you can and while your runing think about all the stress factors and soon you'll get tired and by the time you get home you'll be too tired to think about them.

I was very short tempered with people too as well as I kept forgetting where I put stuff. I had myself running in 1000 directions. Two things help. One, make a daily to-do list or use a calendar to plan out your day/week. This way you can see where time can be managed. Also, don't be afraid to tell people that you will help them but you cannot do it at the moment. They will understand. The other thing that helped was a prescription for XANAX from my doc.

hmm.. im sorry you're dealing with alot.... At one component i began out to have involntary apprehensive breakdown/ panic assaults. it sucked hes what i do now: you could purely do what you're able to do. Take each and every threat given to you and not in any respect provide your self too many breaks. (yet please provide your self some breaks lol) To aliviate your circumstances you ought to shelter them. Dont permit your emotions escape with you. have something to watch for once you bypass abode :) The greater effective you are the less under pressure you would be approximately important issues so keep at it.. stay advantageous :) close your eyes for a 2d or count variety to 10 if somebody is getting inyour face ok

You CAN finish your job, just enjoy it. And the next time try to organize your self. Dont involve your self in an activity unless you know that you have the time to do it. Good luck :)

Drink lots of water and walk and stretch every 20 minutes during all your tasks to get oxygen flowing into your brain. This will keep you more alert. Eat small sensible snacks or meals, no sugar, low carbs, every 2 hours so your metabolism keeps going and you will have all the energy needed to finish everything. You can do it; just calm down, remember to breathe fully and keep focused on one task, finish it and on to the next until finished.

Take time out for yourself...I'm the same as you I need to DE-stress at times.
I find taking a long walk to get some fresh air, or talking a bath, go to your favourite stores and just browse.....time out for yourself doing the things you love will help you.....If you find after you have done all that and your still stressed..then maybe some pampering for yourself. Message, spa, nails...go for a tan..

take care....

You should make a schedule and arrange good times to do specific things. Having a laundry system for me helps extremly. And you joining Yoga would make your life busier.
