The guy is a total cocky b-tard, who doesn't know how to draft to save his life. I can't believe the Fords haven't seen through his shield of ineptitude!

i don't believe of that a lot of Millen, however the humorous element is, if the Lions take position to win 3 of their very last 5, squeek into the playoffs, or perhaps win a recreation there, Millen will be touted as Exec. of the 12 months. The margin for blunders and fulfillment contained in the NFL is amazingly slender.

Russ was the Ford family's first GM and he was there over 30 years...The year before Russ took over, the Lions were NFL champs...After Russ took over, he dismantled an NFL champion and they never came close again.
Matt only dismantled a team that was 9-7 the year previous and was one more win from making the playoffs.
Russ took apart an NFL champion.
Russ Thomas wins...Hands down.
Now, a better question might be "Is the Ford family the worst OWNER in the history of professional sports?"
The first person to answer yes to THAT would get the 10 points, no additional explanation would be needed if you are a Lions fan.

Thomas, the highest payroll ever for a Basketball team and last year they were the worst team in the league last year
they had like a 140 million $ payroll while the secound team had like a 72
but yea Millen sucks really bad

I don't know if he is the worst GM of all time but he ranks right up there at the top. I cannot understand why he still has a job as GM. His track record is terrible.

Hes definetly in the running, but right now i would say Al davis and the raiders! They both suck but raiders are far worse. Also, the lions picking up roy williams was a good thing. It's just they blew other picks on charles rodgers and mike williams.

not entierly for his draft picks except for charles rodgers and could of got terrel suggs but even more for his head coach choices martz should have been the coach and tried to get a stud defense cordinator mike singeltary perhaps
