I am using Mozilla Firefox for a browser. Every time I go onto the Amazon.com website, the pages will not load. If I click refresh (F5) a dozen times or so then the page will finally load but only sometimes.
This only happens on Amazon.com, not any other website. Also, it is a recent (within the last month) problem, for about a year now I've been on their site with no problems and with this same browser.
Anyone have any ideas as to how I can fix the problem? I've tried to send a message to Amazon.com's tech support, but I can't the page to load long enough for me to send a message in!

Maybe you have SpyWare. You should have an anti-spyware solution on your computer. I recommend that you go to http://www.download.com and get AD-AWARE and SpyBot Search & Destory. Install, run, update and scan your computer with both programs.

These are cleanup tools. Ad-aware cleans files, and SpyBot cleans the registry.

But you can use Internet Explorer to visit Amazon.com. You see, Amazon is a trustworthy website, so you can visit fearlessly.

Good luck and Happy Computing!
