That's normal baby girl. Breasts start getting everything ready as it eagerly awaits the birth of your new baby. As said earlier colostrum is formed first and is full of vitamins nutrients and ANITBODIES that will protect your baby in it's first few weeks of life. (Should you choose to breastfeed!). It's not going to hurt for them to be squeezed. By the time you have your baby you will see much more w/out the squeezing. You're body is just preparing that's all. Go on and enjoy life... if it leaks or whatever it's not going to "run out" of colostrum or anything like that (as someone suggested). You're body knows what it's doing and when it should do it. And it's not going to encourage milk production LOL! There are hormones at play here, and some won't go into effect until some labor and birth pangs go into effect.
Enjoy your FREE TIME while you have it.... yeah!!

Don't be scared. Although it should not be happening this early in your pregnancy, you will start to "leak" some liquid from your breasts as your preg. progresses. This can especially happen during sexual activity. DO NOT try to make more come out or your milk can "come in" and then you really will be uncomfortable.
I have three children, and I'm wondering why you have not called your doctor's office to ask this question though. It is a question that any OB/GYN or more likely his assistant can answer over the phone.

The ACTUAL Breast milk develops 1-3 days AFTER you give birth. Before then, your body produces colostrum. Even at 3 months preg, you probably shouldn't see anything coming from your breasts. See your doctor if you are worried.

It's called leaking. Some women do, some dont when pregnant. Its natural, normal,& okay. Dont worry about it. And at this point its called colostum, not breast milk yet. That wont come in till the baby is about 2 days old.
Best advice invest in some breast pads aka nursing pads. So you dont have any accidental leaks when you are out and about!!!

You're fine. You've just expressed some colostrum and this is normal for some women to experience before birth. Ask boyfriend to stop squeezing your breasts so hard....you don't want to induce breast milk production so early.

Yes it's normal..it's called colostrum. Some women get it early in pregnancy, some don't.
You start to produce milk right away, as soon as you start nursing your new baby. Your milk usually comes in a few days after your baby is born.

It is not milk, it is colostrum - premilk... you will have that for the rest of your pregnancy, and the baby will eat that in the fist days of his life, until your breast milk develop {usually about three days after delivery}.

Your fine, what came out is called colostrum, which is like pre-milk. Don't worry, the actual milk won't appear until after the baby.
