I am hurting badly from PMS, it's worse b/c of my endometriosis. Any ideas on how to speed up the process to get my period to start?

Hysterectomy isn't a cure for Endometriosis. You might want to talk to your doctor about medical suppression or surgery to remove the disease. Certain med suppressives can stop your period altogether (i.e., Lupron, Seasonale, etc.) and stop the PMS type symptoms along with a few other symptoms. They are not curative in any way, and all drugs have side effects, but it's one option to consider. Yes, there isn't a way to speed up the process I'm afraid...if the pain is really bad you should go to your doctor, or just take something to relieve it.
