blue eyeshadow should only be used for going out...never for work. please! But I just recently dicovered H.i.P (high intensity pigments) by L'Oreal. The Blue set in the concentrated shadow duos is great (i think the name is "Spirited"). Really makes your eyes pop. And it does not look chalky or trashy. Really smooth and blends nicely into the skin, and does not look harsh. The 2 shades of blue complement each other perfectly!

MAC or NARS. Though blue eyeshadow, in my opinion, is very dated!
