I don't know why I seem to think If I keep asking about it, talking about it, and thinking about it i will majically come up with the solution and everything will be fine. I know things will turn out the way they are ment to one way or the other, but in the mean time i stress myself out over it be CONSTANTLY going over it in my head, here on this silly site, or talking to my friends... And i am no closer to solving anything now than i was yeasterday or the day before... How do you cope?

When I have a problem I get totally invovled it consumes me till I figure out a solution. But recently I have tried a new way to work out things not sure if it will work for you but it has helped me. When I have a problem I get out a notebook and write down the problem and then under it I write down a list of possible solutions and then a list of things that need to happen for the solutions to work out. It might seem like alot but my new saying if the book is closed I am not thinking about it. And it really does help and I only open the book when I have a new idea to write down or the solution. Hope this helps give it a try you might be surprised at how something like this helps you let go of the stress. Good Luck!!!

I am constantly obsessing over my weight---I'm not considered overweight but for some reason my eyes do see that when I look in the mirror. I can only see that I'm okay when I see a picture of myself.
The weight issue is consuming-
There isn't really any coping with it----or I haven't figured out any ways to do so. Therapy would be too time consuming.
How long have things been messed up----is this a recent issue with you?

Yes- I think everyone gets this way--it's natural--you find ways to air it - then you move on and do what you need to do. I go for walks or pace with my fits clenched for time and take deep breaths--then in a few minutes i'm over it. You see it does no good to get upset for long--all it does take time you can be doing someting more productive. Yes- iget upset--but I try not too for long--before start doing positive things with my time.

It depends on the the issue. Some issues require immediate answers, some issues are not that problematic in the first place because although it is there and real to you, you are not devastated by it or something drastic would have been to fix it already.
