Well, you marry, have kids and spend every day together for the next 50 years.
Thats basicly it Im afraid. No shorcuts.
People ARE faithful because they have been faithful.
They are more likely to be faithful.

You can NEVER be sure how much someone loves you. HOWEVER< you can tell if they care about you. 1) they respect you for who you are, and want you to have your career, hobbies, friends, and family even if they are not interested in those things, especially if they want you to have those things even during the times you cannot be there.
2) They hurt and feel involved when you hurt. (example: if a family member is ill, they are bothered by it too).
3) Think about the love you have for your close family/friends. It is unconditional; meaning if they do something wrong, or that hurts you, you still love them. It is the same thing for TRUE love with a romantic person. IF you make a mistake, that person doesn't stop loving you (they may be hurt or disappointed), but love doesn't stop.

There is no for sure or no doubt in love. Do your best to love and respect your partner and if it's returned to you by that person, then your chances are good.
