It could be because a woman is very excited and/or having an orgasm, it could be a yeast infection which has nothing to do with sex partners or diseases (you can get a yeast infection from taking antibiotics), it could be a bacterial infection that could come from douching, bubble bath or not wiping properly, or it could be from a whole list of STD's. Multiple sex partners would be the last thing I would think of!

Women always have discharge,some times of the month more than others,it is a very normal cycle and it has nothing at all to do with how many partners or lack of partners a woman has.
