You already know he is out of the country for a month....you will still receive the money but it will be when he returns. If he mails the money to the childsupport office, he may beat the money back since foreign mail is so slow. You just need to be patient. If after he returns, you don't get anything....then give him a polite phone call and ask if there was a problem with making the payment because you haven't received it yet.

Yes, you're still entitled to the money. When he gets back in the country let him know right away that you didn't receive the child support. If he's even the least bit responsible he should take care of it right away and that's that. If he doesn't pay within a reasonable time then you go to the courts or whatever and get the money that way - although it may cost you more in legal fees than the missed payment(s).
But remember it's technically the children's money and not yours.

Him being on vacation doesn't stop his responsibility to pay child support. However, it's not your money. Child support is for your child not you. If you went through Friend Of The Court they would take it out his check and send it to you each month.

If the child support is court mandated, meaning he has to send his checks to the courthouse first, then they forward them on to you... you should still be receiving them. If he's out of the country, and is not required to send his child support to the courts, ... I'd say you're out of luck until he returns to the states. IF he returns to the states.
Always gets the child support checks to go through the system, this way there is accountability. If the money isn't sent, the payer is in contempt of court ..and could face jail time.

Yes you should still get that child support--even if he is on vacation--if it is a paid vacation and it is directly taken from his check, then you will receive that money as normal. If it isn't a paid vacation--he is still required to pay you--whether he is on vacation, not working, etc--he still owes child support (your child doesn't stop needing things just because he is on vacation)!!!

yes you do as long as it's automatically deducted from his payroll check. if he sends it in, make sure you call the child support division & report each time he's late with a payment. your child should not have to suffer or do without just because he's gone globetrotting

Yes.
If you don't already have it arranged, have the payments garnished from his paychecks and sent directly to your account.
