Sorry to tell you this but without IP service you are not able to have connectivity to any node. It is vital to use IP Address and DHCP assignment to gain any connectivity to the web or to publish a webiste online.

If you do gain connectivity, you should go to the manufacturers website and then access the support section. There you should look at the different options for support. There should be a user manual you can download, or a FAQ section you can search for answers, and contact information for a tech to assist you in setup. It may be free to contact the support department or they may charge a fee depending on their policy. If they wish to charge you defenetly do an extensive and exhaustive search of hte site before deciding to pay the fee. If you are just lacking in the owners or users manual which contains the directions for using the device, then locate the one for your particular device model and download it. Usually they come in PDF formatt so you will need a PDF reader such as the free Abby Fine Reader or Abby Reader located at the Abby website.

Good luck and have a great day!
