Well, as others have pointed out, there's the whole freedom of speech issue. Short of outright slander or libel she can say what she likes about Mr. Kennedy in the same way he can say what he likes about Bush.
Oh, right, that's also the same thing that allows you to say what you like about her. Including lambasting her for making a stupid and uncalled for remark about Ted Kennedy.
I watched the video on YouTube and, honestly, it falls just short of outright slander, I think. Whether it is or not, I doubt Kennedy will do anything about it. It wouldn't be worthwhile even if he won a slander case against her.
So, no, their license can't be pulled for this one. OTOH, if several people were to sue them for slander and won, well, then their license would just have to be pulled.
Don't hold your breath.
I've been reluctantly impressed with how good the people on Fox News are at making these kinds of outrageous and inflammatory comments without *quite* getting into slanderous territory.
I don't like their politics, but they're good at their jobs.
Dislaimer: I am not a lawyer and I do not play one on TV. But I think I have a pretty good handle on what constitutes slander in a broad sense.

Don't you think the world is like taking sides? on one team is patriotic kind of people that supports their country to war, death, and the chase for terrorists. On the other you can find all the people that thinks war is wrong and there was no reason for attacking Iraq, somalia...etc.
The Anti group often says things like "Bush is a murderer" or "Bush is the devil", like Venezuela President Hugo Chavez said
I think that people involved in politics or should work for ways of improve the world (they got elected for that), instead of attacking each other. Its like politics and press think that by attacking their counterparts they will make their position stronger, without doing or saying anything that will make you say "hey that's true, that's the way things should be done"
So I will vote for the first politic or listen to the first reporter that points the important issues and talks about a course of action that will make things better for people.

Ted Kennedy is a complete extreme leftwing idiot. From his comments he does look antiAmerican. People should also keep in mind all the references to President Bush being a terrorist and another Hitler after invading Iraq. I guess free speech is free speech huh?

Its ok, let those idiots at Fox say nonsense like that. I respect there right to free speech. When they say nonsense like that, it just makes a further mockery of there " fair and balanced" lie. It also gives me another reason to not watch there vile.

Being on cable, rather than the public airwaves, they are not subject to licensing.
No matter how inaccurate their reporting, how biased they are or how much false information (lies) they present, they should never be silenced as they wish to silence others. To deny them their forum reduces the rest of us to their level.
