I would take another pregnancy test to be safe, but your missed period this month coud be due to the start of your new pack of birth control off schedule without getting a period. It is like when you first went on them - your period may be thrown off that first month - sometimes you don't get it at all the first month on the pill. Do you have any other signs of pregnancy? Tender breasts, nausea, frequent urination? Take another pregnancy test and call your doctor again to see if she has any suggestions.
Good luck!

First of all, you need to buy yourself a home pregnancy test and do it. You do not need to continue taking birth control if there is a chance that you could be pregnant. That would not be good for the baby. I've always been told that you can get a "false negative" with a pregnancy test, but NOT a "false positive." Good luck!

It is possible you are having irregular periods but you need to make sure you keep your doctor informed on any changes. You may also want to go back to your doctor or local health department to have a repeat pregnancy test.

You should really go back and see your doctor again. If it's not pregnancy than maybe she can tell you what would help or she might want to change your birth control.

maybe you are not eating enough?? I used to eat very little and my periods came 40 days apart or more...
but the pills should sort out this problem. Maybe you need more hormones...try going to a different doctor once to see what he or she will say!

Birth Control Pills can cause you to be irregular. To be safe, I would ask for another blood test to be sure.

i would got back and see the doc, if she say the sae thing then see another doctor...
if your not pregnant it may be something else causing the prolem, dont worry its probably nothing also. try doing another test also and is still negative see if your doc can scedual an ultrasound or blood test.
good luck girlfriend!!!!!
