As a constitutional monarchy...
The elected leader is currently Tony Blair, who is to be replaced shortly, largely because of his appearance of bowing to Bush politically.
The current monarch is Queen Elizabeth the Second. Her successor will be the Prince of Wales, Charles. There are some debates on whether that will happen however.

it should be either pm tony blair or el queenio elizabeth II, but they are both useless and should be put to sleep or something more painfull, so i would have to say it is Jobu the green spotty wildebeest who was last seen roaming the streets of edinburgh last night in a drunken stupor. i am with him, all hail jobu leader of our land and defender of the realm.
