I am interested in finding out about pre-conception classes and wonder if anyone has had any experience?

In our local hospital we have classes here for couples thinking of conceiving. I did not take it, however my sister did and was very pleased with it. Here is the link to ours, so you can see what it's all about :) It's called the Before Pregnancy Class:

Do you really mean "pre-conception"? I've been to classes for people about to be parents...they were given at the local hospital. I would think a pre-conception class would be about how to get pregnant. I'm sure that there are doctors and clinics that specialize in fertility and how to get pregnant. Check with a gynecologist for a reference.

they are great for educating you on lots of relating issues such as parenting, birth, breast feeding and other interesting things. your hospital should give you pamphlets when they take over from your gp, usually about 20 weeks, if not just ask them and im sure they will e more than happy to point you in the rite direction!!!!1
