For my novel, I need a new villain name. The only I had, Kit, is like Kitten, when it could be short for Christopher or Christian, since my FMC's name Cat is short for Catherine. I'm up for new first and last names, perhaps something that means dark, mysterious, cunning, etc. All the elements of a villain. If you can think of a cool name for an art theft (who has powers of telepathy and necromancy), I chose you to be awarded ten points.

Staying with the "cat" motif you suggested how about
Felinar for a male--Lord Felinar Garth
and for a female accomplice Lady Lyona of the Hood.
he could be Fell for short--meaning deadly;
and she Lady Lie, for her deceptions.

The best way to get a villain name is to choose someone from your own life that you are enemies with or that you don't get a long with. Don't put the exact name, or else if they should read it they'll figure it out.
