kindly ignore those who said u can delete them!!!
These r serious security patches that u shudt worry about. they r there to keep ur pc secure. though they take a lot of space n might look useless in add-remove they r important.
U can safely ignore them. in any case shud u uninstall them, they will come up next time u try updating windows.

NO,,,,don't remove those,,,,I know they are annoying but they really are helpful....
They are updates from Microsoft mostly Security Patches....
They will keep your computer in good shape and healthy....
Also,,,,,,some new programs wont work if you don't have those updates....
