After Iraq, I would have to say its almost a tie between Somalia or Lebanon. I would say Lebanon is just slightly less dangerous.

besides the normal answers, i will give u some alternative ones, Saudi Arabia and Iran. if i had to go to middle east i would go Jordan or Egypt.
