Welcome! It's pretty simple. You ask any question you have and answer questions from other members. You start out with 100 points and gain 2 more pts each time you answer a question. You get 10 pts when your answer is chosen as the best. You spend 5 pts to ask a question. Your level increases with the more points you have. With more points, you can ask more questions.
There are a few rules about things that aren't allowed, but it's pretty much common sense. No bad words, racism, and things like that.
I hope you have fun, learn a lot of new things, and help other people learn things as well.

it can be fun and addictive - except in days when there are "glitches", you will experience these glitches at some point )probably soon as there have been a few the last few days)
