His name was Muttly. He belonged to ****( Yahoo won't print his name but it's short form for Richard) Dastardly. They were featured in the cartoon series The Wacky Racers and Penelope Pitstop. When given a treat he would grab his waist and yum three times, then shoot into the air and float back down in Ecstasy.

Snuffles - Brown hound dog who loved doggie treats seen on the cartoon series QUICK DRAW MCGRAW/CBS/1959. Snuffles was called into action when equine marshal Quick Draw McGraw was on the trail of a bad guy.
