While I'm dubious as to the idea of alien visitors, I think one could logically assume that; if an extraterrestrial being is technologically advanced enough to travel the needed distance to be here, it would also be advanced enough to be able to do so undetected by some means of cloaking.
In fact, cloaking mechanisms are much closer to being a reality than inter-stellar travel here on Earth. Scientists have recently developed a light-distortion technique than can effectively render an non-moving object invisible.

If you have ever seen a 3/4 profile of a stealth bomber or stealth fighter you will see that they have a remarkable resemblance to a "flying saucer". Those planes were in use for ten years before the public was allowed to even know that they existed. "UFO" doesn't mean it came from outer space - it just means "unidentified". And you have a very good point!

UFO's have scanners to detect the presence of cameras, they stay away from them. Thats why big cities are putting up red light cameras and security cameras everywhere, to keep UFO's away.

yeah, it's just that aliens have figured out our cell phone camera technology, and everyone that takes a legitimate picture of a UFO or aliens has a blank picture to show their friends.

There are lots of UFO pics just none that are 'identified' as spacecraft of visiting aliens...
