They do that in Office Space. Well, they do that in several movies, but Office Space is the one I know the name of. :-)
My boss recently moved me to what is technically the storage room to set up my office. I have had several "I could set the building on fire" thoughts over the last month-and-a-half.
If that comment made sense, then yes, the movie your'e thinking of is Office Space.

That happened in a lot of movies. It's the ultimate scheme...that never really works out. Office Space is the one I remember best.
Oh, yeah, it was also in Entrapment with Sean Connery and Catherine Zeta-Jones.
