Im looking for some good websites where i can make a little extra cash, without signup fees. I need to make money pretty fast though.

If there were such a site, you wouldn't have to ask about it. It would be the most popular site on the Web. I feel for you needing extra money, but honestly...there isn't.
All you are going to find are sites looking to scam you. Nothing is free....EVER. The closest you'll find is if you create a site that tries to take advantage of other people like yourself looking for something for nothing.

Nope. Nothing's free. Lots of sites will scam you out of your money telling you they can make you money with no effort on your part though.
