I usually imagine just kind of a haze...
I feel pretty calm when I hear this, but a bit like I'm on the verge of a "turn", like what Pink had in One of My Turns. Almost gone crazy, but too asleep and calm to go crazy right then and there.

I visualize a guy on a nut ward, freaking out while the doctors are about to shoot him full of Haldol. Not exactly peaceful...
