Well that depends on where they apply for work and what lies they tell about their qualifications.
In the past we have found that nurses from the Philipines who claim to have completed diplomas or degrees in fact have not . They are fake and most times they are only suitable as basic carers.
As a result it is now mandatory for them to sit an examination on pharmacy, basic care, and drug calculation.
