No matter what you call it
(it’s called necrophilia),
it is disgusting

On the legal level it is of course important when the person died.
During intercourse? Can you prove it? Was there previous consent?
Before intercourse? Can you prove it? Was there previous consent?
Is the body male or female? Was there previous consent?
Please clarify all these questions and ask again!

You are welcome

Hello,

(ANS) The UK laws are very clear on this subject, sex or sexual intercourse or sexual interference with a corpse is illegal and is a prosecutable offence if you get caute. This is considered to be necrophilia.

Necrophilia actual, reminds me of a joke though.

Gut goes in to the doctors. "Dr I'm into flagellation, bestiality and necrophilia, is this normal or am I flogging a dead horse"
