deinitely - an ostrich can easily out run a man! So yes it would catch UP to the man but not sure how it would CATCH the man - its beak isnt big enough to pick a human up.

Catch a man? ...with what, it's beak? Maybe if the man is less than 30 centimetres tall. A normal size man trying to steal its eggs will be run down and given a hell of a kicking lesson!
